Announcement! NEW Sales Incentive

It’s hard to believe December is already upon us. This time of year is often full of distractions and it can be difficult to get in front of the “right” people until after the first of the new year. However, sometimes there is budget to be spent. With that in mind, I’d like to introduce a new sales incentive to help maintain focus and hopefully put a bit of extra cash in everyone’s pockets come the new year.

From now through February 28th 2022, we will be paying Double Commission on the First Order placed by a NEW Customer. Orders must be received on or prior to February 28th. (Speak to your Principal about specific commission rates). We will also pay a $100 bonus on the second order received by the same customer placed on or before February 28th.

Eligible sales representatives must attend an all-team meeting on Wednesday, December 15th at 5pm EST. Specific examples of NEW Customers to be discussed at that meeting. If you cannot attend, you must work with me to schedule a zoom call at an alternate date. Each Principal must also have an updated sales tracker on file and must provide tracking updates within 10 days of the end of each month during the contest.

Going forward, commissions will now be paid to Principals within 30 days following the end of each calendar month vs 60 days.

As a team we have more than 25 price quotes, a dozen formal trials, and a dozen facilities or health systems in some stage of the Value Analysis process. Let’s see if we can pull through some of these initial orders.

In addition, several competitors are experiencing supply chain issues and this is a great time to provide a readily available alternate solution.
