Chitosan-Based Hemostatic Agents in Wound Care

Poditry Today asked Dr Aliza Lee to discuss her use of Chitosan-Based Hemostatic Agents in Wound Care. In the video Dr. Lee describes how she uses Omni-Stat in various settings, the OR, clinic, and bedside both as a hemostatic agent alone and in conjunction with other advanced wound care products. 

Dr. Aliza Lee, is a staff podiatrist, the Director of Podiatric Medical Education and a clinical investigator at the Salem Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Salem, Virginia.
